Sign in on your TV with your phone
Open the app on the TV and choose to sign in with your phone. Scan the QR code with your phone, or type the 6-character code shown on the TV, and confirm on your phone which TV is signing in.
Change audio and subtitles
While a title plays, open the player options and choose the audio and subtitles. The app remembers your choice for that title on all your devices.
Profiles and parental PIN
Add a profile for each person at home, with an avatar. A parental PIN keeps the profiles you choose protected.
Renew your access
Your service sends you a «Pay here» link before your plan ends. Pay with one of the methods shown; once the service confirms the payment, your account renews.
Install the app on Fire TV
Ask your service for its Downloader code. On the Fire TV, install the Downloader app, type the code and follow the steps on screen.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, choose «Forgot your password» and follow the link we send to your email.
Which devices are supported?
Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, and Android phones and tablets running Android 7.0 or newer.
Delete your account
Write to us from the email of your account and we delete it with its personal data within 30 days. The delete your account page has every detail. How to delete your account →
