Setup and initial configuration
$99 one time, on every plan. We connect your servers and leave your brand, plans and emails ready.
Emails
$1 per 2,000 sent ($0.50 per 1,000), on every plan. You choose which emails go out in the console, under Settings › Emails.
Content servers: not included
You provide your content servers and give us access, or we quote servers sized to your needs, as a separate cost.

Above 230 active accounts, Pro costs less than Flex. Emails cost the same on every plan, so they do not change that.

What counts as an active account?
Every account with access, from direct customers and from resellers, plus each reseller and admin, prorated by the days it was active in the month.
Is the setup fee charged every month?
No. The $99 for setup and initial configuration is charged once, on any plan.
How are emails billed?
$1 for every 2,000 emails sent ($0.50 per 1,000), on every plan. In the console, under Settings › Emails, you choose which emails are sent.
Is content included?
No. Vortex is the technology; each service brings a catalog it owns or is licensed to distribute.
Are content servers included?
No. You provide your content servers and give us access to them, or Vortex can quote servers sized to your needs, as a separate cost.
